About Me
I ​believe that understanding and addressing attachment styles is crucial to fostering healthy connections with others and promoting personal growth. My approach to counselling is rooted in Attachment Theory, a well-established psychological framework that explores how early experiences shape our emotional bonds and relationships throughout life.

Inspired by my own past relationship challenges, I have a history of anxious attachment and a pattern of insecure and unhealthy relationships. To break free from this painful cycle, I delved into professional methods and self-improvement.
Through this journey, I acquired strategies and tools to overcome my challenges and build healthy, meaningful connections. I have firsthand experience implementing these strategies in my own relationship. My now-husband had a very avoidant attachment style, and together we have worked through the relational challenges that attachment styles can present. We are now happily married and more secure than ever. I am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and assisting others in their personal growth.
