As a professional Counsellor, asking the right questions is very important. Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I’ve been asked about counselling and the services I provide. • When should I seek counselling?

If you feel that the quality of your life is impacted by issues going on. If you feel in emotional pain and are struggling to continue alone. If you struggle with relationship issues, communication breakdowns, break-ups, stress, anxiety, work issues and much more? Seeing a counsellor will enable you to share your troubles, navigate solutions, gain clarity, discuss strategies and develop tools to improve your quality of life and well-being.
